[Done] Update 05/08/13 - Heal/Sanct Buffed, PvP Event, etc.

Hello everyone,

Today another update so more changes to come!

• For those who haven't noticed it yet, we've implented a PvP based event called "The Hunger Games", also known as "Last Man Standing".
  
• Resistance Potions are added into the War Coin Machine.
  
• The healing rate of Heal and Sanctuary will be increased. The current healing rate is not suitable for a server with our level limit.
  - You will now heal, with 200 int, ~11k (may go up depending on your equips of course; If you have White or Pink Lady cards, you'll heal more.)
  - Sanctuary will now heal 500 per level, so at level 10 you'll heal 5k each time.
  
• Due to player annoyance we decided to keep the skills in towns enabled, but only block certain AoE skills, such as Storm Gust, Ice Wall, Lord Of Vermillion, etc.
  
• The Faction-based equipments are done! They just need to be put in a quest now, which we will do within the coming few days. More information about the
  Faction-based equips here.
  

On a sidenote, I've conquered a (paid) spot on the RMS website, hopefully this will help us getting more players!
